Shipping Services
We ship all orders via Royal Mail Tracked 48 and Royal Mail Tracked 24.
Tracked 48: Estimated 2–4 working days
Tracked 24: Estimated 1–2 working days
Please note: these are Royal Mail’s estimated timeframes and not guaranteed services, especially during the busy December period.
Next-Day Delivery
If you select Royal Mail 1-2 Days delivery before 4pm on a weekday, we will pack your order and hand it to Royal Mail that same day. We will send your parcel using Royal Mail's Next Day delivery service.
However, due to current Royal Mail delays, some parcels may take longer to arrive even when shipped via Tracked 24.
We’ll always send your parcel on time from our side—unfortunately we cannot control Royal Mail’s delivery speed once your order is in their hands.
