How much does delivery cost?

We offer various Royal Mail delivery options with varying costs, depending on how quickly you want your order to arrive. Orders over £50 qualify for free delivery. Can I track my order online?

Yes, it’s easy to track your order. Our delivery Royal Mail partners include order tracking as a standard feature. You will receive an email with instructions on how to track your order once it's dispatched.

What if I’m out when order arrives?

If you're not at home when your package is delivered, Royal Mail will make every effort to find a secure place to leave your parcel. If that's not possible, you'll either receive an email explaining the next steps or a card through your letterbox. If your parcel is sent to a local collection point, it will be held there for seven days before being returned to us. When collecting your order in person, please don't forget to bring the delivery notification (or collection card if applicable), as well as a form of photo ID registered to your delivery address.

Do you use discreet packaging?

Rest assured, we ship all orders in inconspicuous brown boxes or plain envelopes to ensure your delivery remains secret. For security purposes, our courier requires us (Pleasure & Passion) to have a return address on all orders.

How do I cancel an order?

If you need to cancel or modify an order, please get in touch with our Customer Care team right after placing your order.
